When attacking players, I expect to hear a damage sound when I attack them, using resource packs, AND default resource packs, no sound is played, only when they attack someone else, or attack me, do I hear the sound.

When you take damage when this is on your hand, randomly teleports you into 4-8 block radius, also you take no damage/you took equal amount of hp, looks that you got no damage. Has 50 uses, causes confusion for 2 seconds after teleport, or something you-know, portal effect.

Minecraft 1.7.2 Mods

The Damage Indicator Mod shows how much life an entity has and shows how much damage you are doing. This mod only works on servers when it has been installed.

The amount of damage done to a mob will pop up when the entity is hit.

Pointing to another entity will show how much life it has.
